Jennifer Lopez “On The Fence” About Returning To Judge ‘American Idol’

Jennifer Lopez, Steven Tyler, Randy Jackson - FOX

Becoming a judge on American Idol did great things to revive Jennifer Lopez floundering music career. But, surprisingly, she’s not jumping at the chance to extend her stay at the judges’ panel — not yet, anyway.

“I haven’t been forced to make a decision and I’m glad about that because honestly I’m very on the fence about it,” Jennifer said of returning to Idol to judge next season during an interview with Scott Mills of BBC Radio 1.

For Lopez, it’s all about time management and whether or not doing Idol is the way she wants to spend her time next year.

“I had an amazing time doing it, and I loved it, but I have a lot of other things happening,” she said. “It’s gonna come down to a choice of what I really wanna do for the next year.

“We’re not really at the breaking point of ‘You have to make a decision right now!’ So I’m not. I’m just really enjoying the time of just waiting and seeing.”
