Early last month, Jennifer Lopez said she was “on the fence” about whether or not she’d return to her chair at the judges’ panel on American Idol, but, according to one report, she’s made up her mind.
Sources tell E! News the singer/actress has decided she’ll return to spend another season between Steven Tyler and Randy Jackson looking for and judging America’s best undiscovered talent.
Lopez previously said she was holding out because she has “a lot of other things happening.” “It’s gonna come down to a choice of what I really wanna do for the next year,” she said.
But other reports say she was actually holding out for, what else, more money. She reportedly wanted to up her Idol paycheck from $12million per season to $20million per season.
No word yet on if she got the pay raise, but her announcement to come back to Idol is, according to E!, “coming any day now.”
