Out & About: Demi Lovato Gets Dolled Up For Perez Hilton’s Pre-VMA Party

Whoa there, Demi Lovato! Save some of that glam for the red carpet!

The 19-year-old singer/actress was snapped looking beyond sexy and dolled up last night (August 27) in Hollywood as she exited Perez Hilton’s pre-VMA party wearing a skin-tight black dress, red lipstick, and her highlighted hair curled ever so glamorously.

If she does all of that for a party, how will she top herself for the big show? We’re excited to see!

    her girls need room to breathe, she should have got it let out a bit, other than the fact that she needs to get a darker toner, she looks nice
