Katy Perry is out to snag her sixth No. 1 single from her sophomore album, Teenage Dream, with her latest track, “The One That Got Away.” As she gets ready to kick promo for the single into high-gear, Katy has release the track’s cover art. And what a lovely shot it is, with Katy looking all starry-eyed and glamorous, even with her cotton candy pink hair.
If history repeats itself, getting “The One That Got Away” to the top of the charts like Teenage Dream’s past singles may include a hastily put together remix with a hot rapper, ala “Last Friday Night” featuring Missy Elliott. May we suggest Drake? He’s perfect for these reflective, love-lorn tunes. (See: well, just about his entire catalog.)
