Tis the season to be seeing a lot of Justin Bieber everywhere you go, and that includes on the cover of magazines.

Bieber gets into the holiday spirit on the very festive looking cover of the latest issue of Billboard magazine.

Inside the mag, Bieber and his manager, Scooter Braun, dish the deets on Bieber’s new Christmas album, Under The Mistletoe, and how this album is all about the music. “All the hype and the kids running down the street screaming, you lose the chance to say that this started because of the music. This album lets the music speak for itself,” Braun says. “I don’t want to draw comparisons, but there was a band during the British Invasion that had girls screaming at them. I think you know who I’m talking about.”

Under The Mistletoe is out on November 1, but fans can already decide whether or not Bieber deserves that comparison to the Beatles now that the album has leaked to the internet.

One thing is for certain, Bieber is trying his best to make this a more mature album, content-wise and vocally. “Vocally, his balls have dropped,” Braun so eloquently describes Bieb’s voice on the album. JB definitely tries new things with his voice on the set, like how he tries on his version of sexy R&B crooner pipes on the Chris Brown-penned “Christmas Eve.”

But he also attempted to dip back into his higher range for his duet with Mariah Carey to her holiday smash, “All I Want For Christmas Is You.” And that’s because the diva wanted it that way. According to the article, after hearing Bieber’s solo version of the tune, MiMi suggested they do it as a duet and he sing it in her original key. “Yes, that was high,” Bieber says. “But I grinded it out and we got it down.”
