Video: Drake Performs “Headlines” At 2011 AMAs

With his sophomore album newly in stores, a performance at a big awards show is a pretty good look for Drake. The rapper headed out to Los Angeles to grace the 2011 American Music Awards with a performance of his latest single.

Drizzy Drake bopped around on stage to his hit track, Headlines, with a simple set up and the lights down low. The performance was pretty typical but he threw in a little ode to his projected first-week sales. ”If we talkin’ ’bout the numbers, man, it look like 700! They know!,” he said.
