Grammy Nominations Concert Live Performances: Rihanna, The Band Perry, Jason Aldean, Usher

Rihanna

Before the 54th Annual Grammy Award nominations were revealed, fans were able to see performances from some of the nominees, hopefuls and past winners during the Grammy Nominations Concert Live event.

Rihanna gave a pre-taped performance of her latest single, We Found Love, from London’s o2 Arena. The performance was filmed during the overseas leg of her successful LOUD tour. LOUD scores multiple nominations but the biggest being Album of the Year.

The Band Perry hit the stage for a performance of their song, Independence. They walked away as new Grammy nominees, scoring a nom in the best new artist category. They’ll fight it out with artists like Nicki Minaj, J. Cole and more.

Country star Jason Aldean brought out a special guest to infuse a little hip hop into his Grammy nominations announcement performance. Much like his CMT awards performance, he brought rapper Ludacris to perform Dirt Road Anthem with him.
