Adele is rolling in Grammy gold tonight. The British soul singer made a clean sweep at the 54th annual show, winning all six of the awards she was nominated for, including the big three: Record Of The Year, Song Of The Year, and Album Of The Year.

“Thank you so much, thank you,” the 23-year-old singer said through tears as she accepted her Album Of The Year prize for her multi-platinum sophomore effort, 21, before thanking her mother and producer Rick Rubin. “This record is inspired by something that is really normal and everyone’s been through it, which is a rubbish relationship, and it’s gone on to do things that I can’t even tell you how I feel about it. It’s been the most life-changing year.”

Adele now ties Beyoncé for the most Grammys won in a single night by a female artist.

Earlier in the night Adele received an extended standing ovation after a flawless performance of her ubiquitous smash hit, and Record and Song Of The Year Grammy-winner, “Rolling In The Deep.” It was her first performance on stage since undergoing a successful surgery to treat a vocal cord hemorrhage last November.

Taylor Swift, Kanye West, Foo Fighters, The Civil Wars, and Skrillex were also multiple award winners.
