Demi Lovato already had her dreams come true when she got to perform a holiday duet with her idol — and America’s first American Idol — Kelly Clarkson at the Z100 Jingle Ball last year, but this still has to be pretty epic for her.
During a section in her current tour where she takes song requests from fans, Clarkson chose to sing a cover of Lovato’s powerful ballad “Skyscraper.” And it doesn’t really come as a surprise that Kelly’s version of the track, minus one lyrical slip up, which she played off so cutely, was fan-damn-tastic. We would totally love it if Demi and Kelly got into the studio and made “Skyscraper” an official duet.

I don’t think that would be a good idea. Skyscraper is a very meaningfull song both to other and Demi herself, so if she make it a duet, it will kind off loose the power and meaning.
