Katy Perry
Katy Perry helped Macy’s bring on the 4th of July fireworks during their annual spectacular special which aired tonight on NBC.
Dressed in a super cute American flag dress, Katy first rocked the stage with her single “Part Of Me,” taken from the re-release of her second album titled “Teenage Dream: The Complete Confection.” After her “Part Of Me” performance, Katy returned with the uber popular and ultra appropriate-for-the-occasion song “Firework.” The performances were taped last month at New York’s Brooklyn Navy Yard in front of a group of military personnel who seemed to really enjoy them.
The performance comes at a great time for Katy. It will help to promote her brand new movie, “Katy Perry: Part Of Me.” The movie, which gives fans a behind the scenes look at Katy’s life and career, will arrive in theaters tomorrow (July 5). Watch the performances below.
