Maroon 5‘s Adam Levine is adding “actor” to his resume and diving into his latest acting role: a guest spot on FX’s hit TV show “American Horror Story.” “Shooting A.H.S. It’s C.A.F. (Creepy As F*CK),” Adam posted on Twitter today (July 30). Judging by the photo showrunner Ryan Murphy shared on his newly launched Twitter account, we’d have to agree with Adam.
In the flick, Adam shines a light on a scary looking image with the words “Bloody Face” dripping in red paint (blood?) under it. “Two of our stars who started shooting today – – the multi-talented @adamlevine and Bloody Face,” Murphy wrote.
While promoting Maroon 5’s latest album, Adam talked about his turn as an actor during an appearance on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. “I’m in a movie called ‘Can A Song Save Your Life,’” Levine said referring to the John Carney-directed project he’s also starring in. “He thought of me and I told him that I wasn’t an actor and had never acted and this didn’t seem to bother him very much. And now I think maybe I can act!”
