Christina Aguilera Releases Final Version Of “Your Body,” Dishes On “Lotus” Songs

Christina Aguilera

Fans dying to hear what the final version of Christina Aguilera‘s new single sounds like received their wish this morning (September 14). Ryan Seacrest premiered the completed track on his radio show and several things immediately come to mind: the finished song doesn’t sound much different than the demo that leaked earlier this month and the track is still smoking hot.

Along with the big premiere, Xtina called in to Seacrest’s show to talk about her highly anticipated new album titled “Lotus.” The singer says the album is about “personal freedom” and that she went into it finding her own individuality again. “It’s almost like a “Stripped 2.0” if you will,” the pop icon says.

The album boasts production from hit-makers like Max Martin, Alex Da Kid, Shellback, her The Voice co-star Cee-Lo Green and sees her re-teaming with Sia on a song called “Blank Page.” Aguilera also says she has a song dedicated to her fans titled “Sing For Me.”

“Lotus” will be released on November 13. “Your Body” hits iTunes on September 17. Listen to the final version of the single below.
