Chris Brown and Rihanna are being bombarded with the question of whether or not they’re dating. Clearly, it’s 2007 again. We kid. But it’s true.
Rihanna took on the question with a quick and resounding “No” last night (November 8) during a live Facebook chat with fans, though her giddiness over her rekindled friendship with her ex was apparent.
Breezy took on the question and dug into more detail about their private lives together in an interview with Power 106’s Big Boy, which aired this morning. Like RiRi, Breezy says they are not together, but added, “Me and her have history. Me and her will always definitely be the best of friends, and we’re working on our friendship now.”
Breezy says it’s “absolutely” hard to work on his relationship with RiRi when there are so many prying eyes judging them at every step. “It doesn’t become your situation anymore,” he said. “I think everybody feels so attached to this old situation. I mean, it’s still a very detrimental situation because it’s stuff that we deal with today. That’s why I’m doing the Jenesse Center and all this stuff that shows domestic violence is not OK. But as far as our personal life, I think people just gotta give it a chance — not even give it a chance, shut the hell up.”
Talking about and blushing over RiRi wasn’t Breezy’s only order of business on Big Boy’s Neighborhood. He also premiered a lovey dovey, yet dancefloor-scorching new single, titled “Nobody’s Perfect,” which will appear on his forthcoming Carpe Diem album.
