X Factor USA Results: Arin Ray, Beatrice Miller Cut During Shocking Elimination

Beatrice Miller – Fox

Thanksgiving is a time for reflection and for giving thanks for all that you have. Last night (November 22) on X Factor USA’s live results show, it was unfortunately about getting cut from the competition for two singers. So who went home on last night’s holiday elimination show?

The first act receiving the boot was teen singer Arin Ray. Ray struggled throughout the competition, never polling too far from the bottom in the rankings. This is actually Arin’s second time being eliminated from the X Factor USA. Last year, he was placed in the 10-piece group InTENsity, and they were cut during the first week of live shows.

With Arin immediately out of the competition, the next two singers with the lowest votes were left to fight it out for a place in the competition. Those two singers were Demi Lovato‘s CeCe Frey (once again) and surprisingly Britney Spears‘ teen act Beatrice Miller. Frey performed a painful cover of Kelly Clarkson‘s “Because of You,” while Miller took on Dido‘s “White Flag.” The vote ultimately came down to Simon Cowell and because he felt the competition was becoming too much for her, he decided to send Beatrice home.

“I just want to tell my sisters that I love them and I’m sorry,” the tearful teen said when asked if she had anything to say.

Beatrice and Arin’s exits from the show leaves Britney with two acts in her category. Representing team Brit Brit next week will be Diamond White and Carly Rose Sonenclar. Speaking of Sonenclar, the singer finally outranked country singer Tate Stevens from L.A. Reid‘s over 25s to take the No. 1 spot on the leaderboard rankings.

The top 8 are:

Teens – Mentored by Britney Spears

  • Carly Rose Sonenclar
  • Diamond White

Young Adults – Mentored by Demi Lovat0

  • Paige Thomas
  • CeCe Frey

Over 25s – Mentored by L.A. Reid

  • Vino Alan
  • Tate Stevens

Groups – Mentored by Simon Cowell

  1. Stacey Reynolds says:

Since this is second year that a virtual baby has been destroyed on stage, Simon should see that the age for contestants needs to be raised. Rachel Crowe and Beatrice Miller are mere children who were too young and immature to handle this exposure. I don’t see how people can continue to watch a show that literally destroys kids who are so young and as Simon said “not ready.”

    • Corey Hunter says:

Carly will not be going home! Not by a long shot!

    • Rachel Crow’s little on-stage breakdown, not to mention her talent and bubbly personality, has served her quite well as she has been quite successful since her X Factor exposure. Carly Rose Sonenclar, already a Broadway veteran at only 13 years old, is currently number 1 on X Factor and heading for stardom. Sure, these kids don’t have the maturity of adults (Carly darn near does), but the show has certainly not “destroyed” them. Quite the opposite.

      • BTW, if I was a betting man I would say that we will be seeing more of Beatrice in the future due to her “destruction” on X Factor. I am hoping so, anyway. She is an obviously very emotional young lady who is struggling through tough times with her family. She is also an extremely talented and lovable person, and I am sure I am not the only one who has been smitten by her.

  2. CeCe Frey should have gone home. Khloe Kardashian should be next.

  3. Beatrice Miller may not have made it through to the end but she definately did not deserve to leave over CeCe. Beatrice has more talant and tone than CeCe could ever hope to have.
Beatrice is a true star and X Factor has suffered a hugh loss.

  4. ce ce needs to GOOOOOOOOOO!
All the emotion and talk about her sister…….hate to sound colds but she was an infant when her sister died. That phoney cry thing she does when she is scared or grateful is so very annoying. Don’t buy it.
