Kelly Clarkson, Frank Ocean, fun. Receive Multiple 55th Annual Grammy Nominations

Kelly Clarkson, Frank Ocean, and fun. are among the artists receiving nominations in some of the major categories for the 55th annual Grammy Awards, which were announced tonight (December 5) during the Grammy Nominations Concert Live from Nashville, Tennessee.

All three artists are up for Record Of The Year with Clarkson’s “Stronger,” Ocean’s “Thinking About You,” and fun.’s “We Are Young” up against The Black Keys with “Lonely Boy” and Gotye and Kimbra‘s “Somebody That I Used To Know.” Album Of The Year is another category that brings the three together, again against The Black Keys and Jack White. Song Of The Year finds Clarkson and fun. battling it out with Ed Sheeran, Miguel, and Carly Rae Jepsen, while Ocean vies for Best New Artist against Alabama Shakes, fun., Hunter Hayes, and The Lumineers.

Other multiple nominees include Miguel, Jay-Z, Kanye West, Drake, Rihanna, Taylor Swift, and Carrie Underwood.

The 55th annual Grammy Awards will air live on CBS on February 10.
