After Jennifer Hudson dazzled New Orleans with a performance of “America The Beautiful,” the diva action at Super Bowl XLVII continued with a performance by Alicia Keys.
Sitting at her piano, Alicia gave a heart-felt performance of the National Anthem. She kept the vocals simple and didn’t try too hard to add unneeded adlibs to her performance.
While she sounded great, her performance was quickly criticized for being too slow.

Later in the night megastar Beyonce, will take the stage for a performance during the Super Bowl halftime show. Beyonce is rumored to be joined by her former Destiny’s Child bandmates, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, for the big performance.
