Ne-Yo and Jessica Sanchez
Jessica Sanchez came up a little short as runner-up of American Idol season 11 but she’s making the absolute most of the recognition she’s gain from being on the show. With her new album completed, the singer is starting to promote her new single and what better place to do just that than Idol’s live results show?
Jessica stopped by tonight’s (March 21) top 9 live elimination show to sing her new single “Tonight” with its featured singer, r&b/pop star Ne-Yo. She looked like a star and she sounded like a star (in parts) but the song its self was just…blah. Hopefully Jessica’s full album, “Me, You and the Music,” will be packed with better tracks when it’s released on April 30.

I’m no spring chicken but this song brought some of the ‘spring’ in my gait back. THIS IS A GREAT song for Jessica. The kids will love this and so will the radio stations. A major break for my fave gurl :-))))

Good in “parts”??? Jessica and Ne-Yo’s performance was the bomb! Probably the highlight of the entire season 12. The other tracks on her album are DOPE. Very original mix of R&B, club & pop with killer vocals. They can be previewed on her album pre-order in iTunes. Video for ‘Tonight” is DA BOMB too.

The song “Tonight” is dope and after you hear it couple times, you start get addicted to the infectious beat, clubby dancey radio friendly sound that’s going to be a smash hit globally!!! It’s hot, hot, hot!!!
