New Video: Jonas Brothers Get Peppy In “Pom Poms”

Jonas Brothers in “Pom Poms”

The Jonas Brothers are officially back with their long-awaited comeback single, “Pom Poms.” The peppy new track is sure to get their fans cheering. It combines the pop sound the trio is known for with more aggressive vocals and a even a hint of gospel, thanks to the backing choir.

Like the song, the just-released (or leaked, rather) video is an uproarious good time. It features the guys, Nick, Kevin, and Joe, rocking out on a field in New Orleans as cheerleaders from local NBA and NFL teams, the Hornets and Saints, shake what their mamas gave them on the bleachers. The choir and the Southern University marching band also get in on the roof-raising action.

The Jonas Brothers’ as-yet-untitled new album, the follow-up to 2009’s Lines, Vines and Trying Times, is due sometime this year.
