Miley Cyrus

Could it be that Miley Cyrus is all twerked out?!

The singer appeared on this weekend’s Saturday Night Live and gave two performances as musical guest (she’s also doubling as the guest host). Her first was a gorgeous performance of her current single “Wrecking Ball.” Her second was an acoustic version of her faux ratchet anthem “We Can’t Stop.”

Cyrus sat on a stool in the middle of the SNL stage and performed the stripped down version of the song. No dancers, no twerking teddy bears, no foam fingers. Miley simply sang along with three guitar players.

  1. this is such a heartwarming version of her song. i really feel the emotion coming through. when u hear the album version, sure her vocals are still there, but the harmony is faded out because of the heavy bass and percussion. This proves that Miley hasnt lost anything, but has actually matured into a very talented young woman. i hope she diconnects from this “image ” thats shes set up for herself, cause im not on board with it. i NEVER watched her show Hannah Montana, but the music she did during that time, was very tween wave crap. her music has def. come a long way, since what i heard when she first came onto the music scene, and i would like to get better not worse.
